New Patient Check-In:
In a typical New Patient appointment you will be checking in with the front desk. You will be filling a form with all your personal and functional information for our dentist and dental insurances. This forms are usually take 5-7 minutes to fill out.
Examination:
First, our certified Dental Assistants will be taking x-rays for our dentist to provide you with a better and accurate diagnose of your dental health.
After the x-rays are performed, our dentists will perform a full dental exam that will check for cavities, periodontal disease, and any other dental problems patients usually have. You will hear our dentist calling numbers, this procedure is called perio-charting. Dental Perio-charting is a process in which your dental health-care professional (Dentist) lists and describes the health of your gums. This procedure is also done to identify what type of cleaning you may need.
